Add an agent cap

Decide how many records an agent can own at once before they are paused from the rotation.

Agent caps allow you to pause an agent from having records assigned to them once the number of records they own exceeds their agent cap. Before adding a cap, make sure to read and understand how to configure an agent cap. To add an agent cap, do the following:

  • Click on Agents in the left-hand navigation
  • Find the agent you would like to cap
  • Enter a number under the AGENT CAP column next to the agent's name
  • Distributely will count the number of records they own based on your cap settings and compare it to the AGENT CAP

Distributely will count the number of records the agent owns in HubSpot based on your cap settings and compare it to their AGENT CAP. When the number of records exceeds the AGENT CAP the agent will be unavailable for record assignment. Otherwise, the agent will be available for record assignment.
