Distributely allows you to set agent availability based on daily schedules and time off which are both entered from the Agents tab. You can also drive agent availability based off of whether the agent is marked as "available" or "away" in your Hubspot account. User availability in Hubspot can either be toggled manually, or set automatically based on their set working hours and out of office dates. When the toggle is set to on, you'll see the "schedule" as well as the "start time off" and "end time off" columns disappear. When a distribution occurs, Distributely will first call out to the Hubspot users API to collect agent availability and determine the correct assignment.
Note that if you have not set up a user's schedule in Hubspot, Distributely will interpret this user as available.
