If for example, you'd like for your agents to receive a certain number of leads each month, Distributely allows you to set a cap that gets reset on a rolling period. This is done by following the steps below:
- Configure a custom field in Hubspot on the object (eg. contacts) that will be used as a flag. This can be a checkbox and will simply serve to indicate whether the object should count toward an agent's cap.
- Using a Hubspot workflow, create an action to toggle this field to "Yes" when the contact is added to your Hubspot account. Set a delay until the time that your agent's cap should reset, and then set that flag back to "no."
- In Distributely on the settings tab, enable capping. then click on "cap settings." On the cap settings page, create a new condition where the property you created above equals "yes."
- In Distributely on the agents tab, indicate the desired number of objects that an agent should receive before they've reached their cap
