Learn how to use the Distributely workflow action in HubSpot
Distributely will show up as a workflow action in HubSpot. Records that hit the Distributely workflow action in HubSpot will be sent to Distributely and evaluated against your team rules in order of team priority. When a record matches the rules for a team it will be assigned to a Distributely agent from that team based on its routing rules. The record will then complete the Distributely workflow action with the corresponding HubSpot user assigned as the owner.
To add the Distributely workflow action in HubSpot:
- Navigate to Workflows in HubSpot
- Create a new workflow or select an existing workflow
- Contact-based workflows are only compatible with Contact Teams in Distributely
- Company-based workflows are only compatible with Company Teams in Distributely
- Deal-based workflows are only compatible with Deal Teams in Distributely
- Ticket-based workflows are only compatible with Ticket Teams in Distributely
- Click on the "+" icon to add a new action at the desired location within the workflow
- Scroll down to the action labeled "Distributely" or search for "Distributely" in the search bar in the "Choose an Action" window
- Select Distributely
- Click the Save button
